Gary Farber
Founder & Managing Director
Gary has more than 30 years of comprehensive experience in investor relations and sell- and buy-side equity research with an in-depth understanding of shareholder relations best practices, the equity market landscape and institutional investor investment strategies. He is a trusted advisor in both strategic and financial areas to a diverse group of constituents including CEOs, CFOs, boards of directors and key stakeholders.
Prior to founding ClearView Advisors Group, Gary was a Partner at Affinity Growth Advisors, an investor relations firm. His efforts focused on effectively communicating management strategy and business models, creating customized earnings and marketing materials and expanding investment community engagement. Previously, at Corbin Advisors, he executed corporate investor days, including presentation development and investor perception feedback.
As a sell-side analyst, Gary has received both Institutional Investor as well as Thomson Reuters recognition for his equity research product. He covered a diverse group of equity research sectors at Cowen, SunTrust Banks and CL King & Associates. On the buy-side, Gary was an equity research generalist focused on small and mid-cap stocks at Rochdale Investment Management, a subsidiary of City National Bank.
Gary is a CPA and holds an MBA from UCLA and a BA in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College.
Stephanie Zebrowski
Managing Director
Stephanie brings more than 20 years of Wall Street-related experience creating concise and actionable equity research, marketing materials and presentations targeting institutional investors.
Previously, she was Assistant Vice President and Senior Research Editor at C.L. King & Associates, a full-service investment bank serving institutional and corporate clients. In her role, Ms. Zebrowski oversaw all equity research product development for the firm’s award-winning research department. Stephanie worked closely with analysts in developing initiations of coverage and ongoing research publications for the firm’s covered companies. In addition, she created all marketing materials and managed logistics for C.L. King’s annual Best Ideas Conference, which featured 90 companies and over 400 institutional investors.
Prior to her experience in equity research, Stephanie worked in publishing, including manuscript development and lay-out design for marketing campaigns.
Ms. Zebrowski has a BA in English from SUNY College Buffalo and an MA in English from Penn State University.
